Before arriving at the pub for dinner, we allow ourselves a visit to Co Clare Jam . The shop (attached to the house operators) can be defined as the paradise of the jam and is located in the hills that separate the village of Doolin from the main road that leads the Cliffs of Moer. You can find jams and jellies of all kinds from the mythical orange and whiskey (strictly Irish), strawberries and champagne with cranberry portoe so on.

We arrive early enough pubs and O'Connor, seated on stools in the bar, we order dinner for me, a seasoned grilled sea trout with capers, goat cheese on a bed of peppers, eggplant and onions. Divine! Dining at the pubs in Ireland is absolutely taste like a good restaurant for the quality of food both for the care in the presentation of the dishes.

Waiting for the 9:30 and some musicians to come off the inevitable give traditional music session I decided to order a glass of Midleton Irish Whiskey or the more rare and valuable.
