Windows Live Writer Beta 3
It is now also available in Italian the last beta before the final release of Windows Live Writer .

Upload pictures to Picasa also
Publication in XHTML-style
Localization in 28 languages

Justified text alignment
Better management of images
Fixed installation problems
Not that it's particularly happy to use a Microsoft product, but as I wrote in a previous post I consider this tool really well made and comfortable to use.
